Privacy

The team behind Civicwright is responsible for the personal data described here (the data controller).

Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking, and we don't keep a log of visits. To stop abuse of the invitation and request forms, your IP address is held in memory for up to an hour. It isn't written to disk.

Invitations

If we invite you to the alpha, we hold your name, email address and organisation so we can send the invitation, record whether you accepted it and contact you about the alpha. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running a small, invitation-only trial.

How long we keep it, and who sees it

Details are stored on our own server in the UK, and only Civicwright's administrators can see them. We don't share or sell them. We delete them within 12 months of the alpha ending, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
